Please fill out all necessary details, and someone from the team will get back to you and confirm your booking. As well as the time frame.
Storm Rides runs a dedicated workshop and servicing centre located at our head office in Auckland.
We also have pre approved repair partners around the country. We will also often work with a local provider near you if feasible - our goal is to get you back riding as quickly as possible.
TIME FRAME
While we will endeavour to arrange a suitable time slot for the work to be carried out, some jobs may take longer than others due to unforeseen complications creating delays. We will let you know if any such issue arises.
Please Note: There is a Queue for Servicing / Workshop. Normal turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. We want you back riding ASAP!
DROP OFF
You are welcome to drop your scooter off during our open hours - these vary Summer and Winter and are available in the Footer of this website.
Please try to book the service in before you arrive, especially if coming in on a Saturday. The team can be busy with test rides and may not be free to spend time manually checking in or discussing the job with you.
Please Note: We have a storage fee of $25 Per week, one week after we notify you that your scooter is ready for collection. Booking a Service with us constitutes acceptance of this storage fee.

The scooter (air motion pro) is exactly what we were after and glad we came to Storm Rides.
Good top speed, Good battery life. Being able to comfortably sit at 50km/h is great in traffic. You feel alot safer riding in the lane with the traffic, than in the bike lane going slower and risk of being hit by car door opening
For an entry level into Kaabos’ line, this 10H is awesome. Stated 45kph top speed but I can get up to 53kph on the flat, and 60+ downhill. Scary, yet exhilarating. Solid deck, but the rear shocks can get in the way of foot stance so i rest my back foot on them when going at speed. Hydraulic brakes, altho loud, they work so well that i only need to tap them lightly. Handlebar cockpit could do with a bit more room for accessories as part of it is a square profile. Being able to adjust the height is awesome for us shortys too. Overall, this escooter is super fun to ride and has performed well above my expectations.
Great seated Scooter , I've been riding for a while now, very good commuter i commute 19.6km per day with hills and the scooter does very well. Because of the hills and my size it doesn't get mileage claimed but overall I'd recommend . It would be great for people who are not that stable on a stand up scooter
I’ve had the privilege of owning the Kaabo Wolf King GTR since it came into the country. I have absolutely loved it. I’ve done almost 3000km on mine as I use it to commute to work and back every day. I brought mine in September of 2023 and have used it almost everyday since. And upto now I have saved almost $4500 in fuel as I no longer am needing to fuel up my car each week. I only need my car when travelling out of town now.
The battery life is insane and the acceleration is impressive. I am also amazed at how effortlessly it cruises at high speed without feeling unstable. If purchasing one of these Beasts I recommend investing in a motorcycle jacket and helmet just incase you come off. Because the 110kmh speed limit is not exaggerated. The traction control is really really good on road and off road, no matter what terrain it can go over it.
Even with all the impressive power and speed stats the scooter is made very tame with its different ridding modes too. My mum and grandmother even enjoy riding it as it can be really tamed with the lower riding modes.
Everyone thought I was crazy buying such and expensive electric scooter but I have now regretted it one bit. Do your self a favour and invest in one of these. But treat it with respect as it will hurt you or someone else.
I have wasted money on other scooters as most of them are very weak on climbing the hills at remuera ,storm rider gave me the advice and bought from them ,E-twow GTS it is very light weight but extremely powerful on the hills ,very happy with the product they offered.Dont just looking the specifications,get advice from the professional and test ride otherwise may waste your money 💰

I use my helmet for my electric scooter (and cycling on the road) for good visibility and safety. It gives me increased confidence!
