This is a fantastic ride! I spent 2 years looking at the cycleways beside the motorway, while doing less than 10km/h in my car, knowing there was a better way to commute.
I finally purchased this e-scooter and couldn't be happier.
Real-world stats - I'm 5'11" and 80+ with a laptop etc for work:
Based on dual motor engaged and turbo and P3 - the highest power settings. Speeds depend on wind direction.
Top Speeds
Flat land = 58km/h to 63km/h
Up steep hill = 50km/h +/-
Down steep hill = 70 km/h +/-
Note - the built-in data has my TOP SPEED recorded at 77.1km/h
My commute is 18km from home to work. This takes me 25 - 30 mins. (35 mins in the car on a good day!)
I can do the full return trip, not "saving power", of 36 km with 15% to 20% battery at the end.
I did buy a second charger though to leave at work which is very handy!
The team at Storm Rides are the BEST - very helpful, and very good at communicating. DO go in and see them and talk about what you need/want from your ride and test a few different e-scooters too. Special thanks to Caleb who went out of his way to do a fantastic test ride with me!

Did a little research and found people were hyping this one up the most compared to competitors and I can agree it is extremely good value for money, feels amazing and would buy again

It does what it says on the tin. I use it for more than occasional travel and it serves me well. I hit heavy hills so I don’t get full spec range out of it but I’m happy. Worth upgrading to the climber if you want to hit hills

Prompt Delivery. Watched video on utube to learn to unpack and how to work remote. Scooter works well so easy to fold and drop in the car. Ideal for 80 year old

Storm Rides were awesome with their assistance with a recent issue I had with my electric scooter. Having purchased my Mantis 10 from them nearly a year ago, I was really happy with the level of service provided by Andrew & the team.

Despite the challenge of replicating the motor issue I experienced, which prevented warranty approval from the factory, Storm Rides assumed responsibility for the repair costs.
