HOW TO BOOK

To book your service or repair online use the Web Form Below.

Please fill out all necessary details, and someone from the team will get back to you and confirm your booking. As well as the time frame.

Storm Rides runs a dedicated workshop and servicing centre located at our head office in Auckland.

We also have pre approved repair partners around the country. We will also often work with a local provider near you if feasible - our goal is to get you back riding as quickly as possible.

 

TIME FRAME

While we will endeavour to arrange a suitable time slot for the work to be carried out, some jobs may take longer than others due to unforeseen complications creating delays. We will let you know if any such issue arises. Job estimates given are always estimated. We will always inform you when the job is completed.

 

WARRANTY

When booking in your scooter, If you'd like to apply for a warranty claim please include this in your request. If possible please include your order number. We assess all warranty claims on a case-by-case basis, and as such our team are unable to provide an outcome to you until this process has been completed. We will get in touch with you before work takes place, unless doing so is pre-authorised. Please see our warranty policy here if you are unsure about making a claim.

DROP OFF

You are welcome to drop your scooter off during our open hours - these vary Summer and Winter and are available in the Footer of this website. 

Please try to book the service in before you arrive, especially if coming in on a Saturday. The team can be busy with test rides and may not be free to spend time manually checking in or discussing the job with you.

 

PICK UP

We will contact you once your job is ready for collection. If your job was freighted in, we will calculate the return freight costs (unless this is a RTB warranty claim) and invoice you for the repairs + freight before sending the scooter back.

Please Note: for in-store pick-ups, we have a storage fee of $25 Per week, one week after we notify you that your scooter is ready for collection.  Booking a Service with us constitutes acceptance of this storage fee.
