Purchased the urban as sturdy commuter scooter and it doesn't disappoint. Its not too tiring to ride due to the full suspension setup and is an easy to ride scooter.. Although not as fully featured as some of the more expensive Kaabo scooters given the price point and the build its been a worthwhile purchase.

So far so good...have to see how much milage i can racknup on em.

Have an imported brand youth dirt bike. Needed mended throttle. The team at Storm rides were great in terms of creative and responsive fix - given parts were potentially an issue. Very happy with response and job done - all with a smile :)

Hold all the neccessary tools, puncture kit, portable inflator device...multi tool...and room for the gloves! Good piece of kit

I absolutely love this thing a ton. I bought the Rugged GS as a stepping stone to eventually trying out a motorcycle in the future and I'm really happy with this decision as I haven't really regretted it yet.

It's important to note that the Storm Rides website provides a tool at the bottom of the website that determines the true range you can receive from your battery powered vehicle of choice.

Realistically, for my weight, speed and hillclimb demands I have for this vehicle, I think I can get around 35km to 40km of range before the battery goes flat when riding with 43psi street tires.

Hamilton has some nutty drivers and unfortunately, I find that I test their patience with the 45km/h top speed on this thing, however, a mix of riding the shoulder and walking on the sidewalks to avoid high speed roads, keep me from really experiencing this problem too much.

Its big enough to get noticed as a road vehicle, but small enough to fit inside your house behind the couch! Getting to work, getting groceries, and visiting my friends on this thing in the fair weathers has been super fun and I'm looking forward to less rainy weather to get back on the road with this thing!

I'm gonna save up some spare cash to get the side saddle bags. Which will come in handy to keep a beefy U-lock and cable combo on hand as this thing is relatively easy to steal sadly.

I cannot recommend buying from Storm Rides heavily enough to really drive the point that this was totally worth it. Thanks Andrew and the crew for working with me to get this ride registered (and with dealing with a mishap on my part that really I should have avoided). See you guys in a couple of years when a new cool thing comes up on my radar xD

I just wanted to say thank you for your excellent customer service and sending down my Fiido electric scooter. I have been riding electric scooters for just on 8 years to and from work but find the standing up scooters now bother my leg which I had an injury a
number of years ago when I broke my Fema. I have been using it this week to go to and from work as I work at Waikato Hospital and parking is premium being very hard to get.
Love the way it's so compact and easy to ride...
Fits beautifully in my car on a rainy day, is lighter than both the e-scooter I currently have one being Segway Max G2 24 kg the other Xiaomi Pro being 22 kg. I have a Nissan March when I need to park and then ride to work as I have a bit of difficulty walking longer distances due to knee problems from femur nailing.
The seated scooter is working better for me now less vibration on my knee where they did my femur nailing from. I am 64 and want to work on for at least a few more years. It is like riding a bicycle just no pedals.
I have been up a reasonable hill and were very impressed the way it handled the hill. I am not into super-fast scooters so this suites my needs well top speed of 25 km is fast enough for me.
As you can see from the pictures I ordered some skids from Singapore to add as extra footing for my Fido Q1s. The skids I thought
were worth getting as the leg I hurt I find it a bit difficult to bend the knee back to put on the
rear pegs. The skids create a larger area to put my feet. I sometimes scraped the toe of my shoe on the ground. I also added a flashing rear light and a camera which I had on my other scooter plus the lock.
