Drove up from Tauranga and they got it back to me the next day. Communicated well, gave me some good tips about the e scooter laws n guidelines as they are a bit grey in Nz.

This electric scooter is fantastic! It handles steep streets really well, which is important since there are a lot in my area. It’s impressively fast with great acceleration. The battery life is solid—I only need to charge it every 3–4 days for my daily commute of around 2 km round trip. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

The shipping took a few extra days, I had to email them to follow up. But after that, they sent it out right away.

Great scooter. Still easily hits 50kmh with me being around 100kg.
