Works well

So far haven’t had any trouble and it has been a sturdy and good solution. Time will tell, but I am optimistic given its sturdy materials. Some reviews describe this as overly fiddly to attach, but for a one-off process at the start I found it very simple. I agree I would not want to regularly remove and reattach it, but I personally have no reason to do so.

Good quality

Good quality and secure fitting.
But could not use on my particular model scooter as it was preventing me from locking the handlebar stem after lowering.

Works fine, requires unnecessary tool

The mount isn't super secure - it required a lot of fiddling and over-tightening to get my phone to stay put. More annoyingly, it use an allen key for tightening but one which has a hole in the middle and a corresponding prong in the mount. This means that you can't use any other allen key other than theirs. I have no idea why they chose this design, but it significantly reduces its usefulness in the long-term.

Hi Matt thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
That is a special tool for theft prevention. So it isn't just an Allen key that anybody may have to steal it off a parked scooter.
