Generally happy, but range is not 55km

I've been using the Fiido Q1S a few months now, I'm 100kg. It's going well and is reliable for my 15 km trip.
Uphill it's a bit slow (10-15 kmh normal uphill, 5km/h if it's steper), and recently it disappointed me with the battery totally defaulting after approx 22km when I did a bit of a range test. When going up One Tree Hill it stopped a few times, and needed a few minutes to recover, and later on normal road it just stopped totally.
So the official range of 55 km might only apply for maybe people with 50kg going flat road only and slow speed. It's not realistic.

Reliable range for me might be around 20km for normal Auckland condition.

We have discussed with other customers and have added a 'real word 25km' note to the product now as that seemed to meet the balance of what people get at different load weights and uses.
As always load (bodyweight + gear) and terrain (i.e. any hills and stop start) will effect range on a PEV
