Great Service

The guys at Storm Rides are awesome. Service is great. My son’s scooter got a puncture and they fixed it as quickly as possible and adjusted a few other things. They also showed my husband how to replace the inner tube for next time as it’s not as easy as it seems.

Storm Rides were awesome with their assistance with a recent issue I had with my electric scooter. Having purchased my Mantis 10 from them nearly a year ago, I was really happy with the level of service provided by Andrew & the team.

Despite the challenge of replicating the motor issue I experienced, which prevented warranty approval from the factory, Storm Rides assumed responsibility for the repair costs.
It’s this kind of top-notch service and genuine care for customers that makes me rave about them. Whether you’re in the market for a new scooter or need some TLC for your ride, I can't recommend them highly enough!
