Very happy with my purchase. Packaging of the bike was excellent. Followed the video to assemble, quite straight forward. Excellent product, can’t wait to try it out.

Love it! Arrived yesterday and had my son in law put it all together- a few bits were quite stiff but not a problem for him. It is great- I feel quite safe riding it (I’m 76), easy controls and quite a comfortable seat- lots of space in the baskets as well. I’ve just ordered a lock for it as I’ll be taking it into town. Better than an e-bike for sure as I can ride it on the footpath! Thank you- it was worth the wait!

I loved how smooth the ride was. Very easy to put together and very comfortable to use. Perfect for my kids as a commuter to school and nearby activities. The basket in front allows them to put their sports bag, instruments etc easily, but not so cool that they are going to use it to whizz around town with their mates like crazy nutcases.
